Interested in art or designing? Health-IT is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help design their logo and website! Or maybe you’re more technical oriented? No problem! Health-IT has you covered! Health-IT is also looking for motivated high school students to help them plan and host technical workshops!
Health-IT, in conjunction with EMP, will be organizing and hosting a hackathon on the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th of January in the Year 2021. During the course of 4-days, participants of the hackathon will have the opportunity to work in teams to develop an innovative solution to a problem of their choosing falling under the umbrella of Human Health. While participants have the opportunity to develop an innovative solution of their own, they will also be able to attend workshops hosted throughout the duration of the event to further their development of technical and life skills.
And this is where you can help! We need local artists to help design our very own event logo for branding. We also need website developers to help create our website, so that participants would have an easier time finding all the information about our event. Last but not least, we also need high school students who want to teach younger participants technical skills and knowledge, such as coding and app development.
