January Call for Submissions: FAUNA

This month, we're celebrating the critters in our lives. Whether a feline best friend at home, or a raptor that feeds on the rough materials of myth — send us artwork and writing that lives and breathes like the animal itself.

Places you can start:

1. Platypus Cam at the San Diego Zoo
2. Baboon Cam at the San Diego Zoo
3. Monterey Bay Aquarium Live Cams
4. What Chinese Zodiac animal are you? Ask your parents!
5. Draw your pet. Write about your pet.
6. Go outside and try to find a bird!

Don't forget to include your name, grade and school, and an (optional) headshot with your piece. Send your submission to YouthReview@EmeraldParents.org by Friday, January 8th.
